Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched. - In case of cancellation, a 2% processing fee will be deducted from the total order amount during the refund.

Sareeva reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice in cases such as:
- Incorrect or incomplete order details
- Unavailability of product
- Courier or delivery issues
- Manufacturing delays or unforeseen circumstances
Refund Policy
- If your order is canceled by Sareeva or the product is out of stock, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via:
- UPI Transfer or
- Bank Account Transfer
Return Policy
- Returns will not be accepted for:
- Minor color variations (due to lighting or screen differences)
- Slight differences in fabric feel or texture
- Returns are only accepted if:
- You receive a wrong product, or
- You receive a damaged product

- Share a parcel opening video (without cuts or edits) as proof
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for other products in case of:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged product
- Courier charges will be covered by Sareeva in such cases.

- Claims without an uncut unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Sareeva aims to resolve all issues quickly and fairly for customer satisfaction.
